terms and conditions
• payment: cash / bank transfer
• at reservation, minimum 50% payment by bank transfer, balance on arrival
• cancellation is possible up to 1 week before arrival, in case we find a replacement, we ‘ll reimburse the deposit
• tourist tax for the city of Bruges, amounting to 4 € per person per day, to be paid separately at the start of the stay
• check in: between 5.00 pm-7.00 pm (contact us if you wish to deviate)
• check out: 10.00 am (luggage can be kept in storage if desired)
• breakfast starting between 08.00 and 09.00 am
• free parking in the neighborhood
• accessibility: all rooms are on the first floor, only accessible by stairs
• unfortunately we cannot allow pets in the rooms; our own pets (2 cats and 1 dog) are also not allowed upstairs, only in the kitchen / breakfast room
• for a special occasion we can arrange a surprise in the room, for a fee
• Tree & B is a non-smoking house, smoking is only allowed outside in the garden
